I want all potential candidates to be very aware of some of the expectations that the leadership of VTIL expect of you before you apply.

There is a 10% flat tax on everything in the corp. The bounties and agent rewards are taxed automaticly. All 0.0 mining of ores is subject to a 10% tax. You must donate 10% of all the ore that you mine to the corp. We inspect your hangar to ensure that you're contributing.

We expect every member to view the forums before they log into the game. Most important are the News, Policies and Military Operations sections. If you cannot be bothered keeping up to date with corp operations you need not apply.

Teamwork and respect for the officers is paramount and essential in a 0.0 corp. At all times we expect you to follow the advice of the officers in the corp.

VTIL is a 0.0 based corp. What that means is that we're not an agent running corp, we're not a mining corp, we're not a building corp. I expect all members to be combat capable. If you think you want to specialise in one of the areas mentioned above, that's fine as long as you specialise in fighting first. Everyone must fight if called upon and must never desert a corp member in combat

These are some of the essentials, there are more specific policies for other areas that you will find out if your app gets approved.

As a starter, no one gets into VTIL directly. You will join an alternate corp that we operate in Empire. Once you have been assesed and we think you are ready, you can then apply to join VTIL in 0.0 space.
